do believe I fancy Darius Wainwright! I think in today's times he'd
be a sexy nerd! At first glance he might not be the dashing
historical hero readers are used to but he is steadfast and engaging
and his almost stoic characteristics disguise his fiercely passionate
nature. Justina Perry is a treasure, she is more than a breath of
fresh air she is a blustery wind that whips everything into disarray
but brings with it the scent of flowers and sunshine making you smile
despite the disruption . The village setting of Hawcombe Prior is
quaint and rustic and the inhabitants varied and entertaining, I'm
still chuckling over the bacon pusher. Sir Mortimer might just be one
of my favorite animal characters of all time. The Book Club Belles
are adorable and I cannot wait to see what these refreshing young
ladies read next and what gentlemen bring their stories to life.
