I loved loved loved this book! I have been waiting and wanting to read Jase Kayrs book since he was taken by the demons several books ago. It was worth the wait! This book was a thrill ride from begining to end. I was sad when I was done because I wanted the story to go on. I guess that's what happens when you feel a bond with the characters in a book. Ms. Zanetti has another hit on her hands. If you don't read this book then you are missing out. Even though it is part of a series you can still read it as a stand alone.
Jase was tormented and scared inside and out when he was held captive by demons. Now to get his magic back he must mate a powerful Witch. The problem is the Witch in question....Brenna is having problems with her own magic. Brenna was injected with a virus that is making Witches human and breaking up matings.
Jase and Brenna are both very powerful and they are hoping that their mating can save each other before it is to late. With the Demons and other Witches all out to get Brenna, Jase realizes he is the only chance of saving Brenna once and for all. For that matter Jase needs Brenna to save him as well.
