The 7th Search for Love drama is somewhat different in tone than Karen Rose Smith's insightful Silhouette tales but contains the author's renowned deep look at people struggling with relationships. The mystery of what happened to Lynnie is handled in such a way that you feel the pain that the entire family feels. However, it is the relationship between the rest of the family that you realize that Ms. Smith is one of the best contemporary family drama authors.
The one thing I was disappointed in was the ending. I felt that she left me hanging and wanting to know what happened to Lynnie and how did things work out with the baby? So I really hope she plans on a sequel. I highly recommend this book.
