When she finds the author Parker Evans who turns out to be a bitter recluse bound to wheelchair she is fascinated. Maris is soon wondering if Parker's novel is based on his life. What Maris doesn't know is that Parker has his own agenda .
The first word that comes to mind after reading Envy is Fabulous! Envy grabs you from the very start and you don't want to put it down! The characters are intriguing, very easy to connect to. You will come to love or hate the central characters in this book. I enjoyed the fact that the story line was so unpredictable and keeps you guessing throughout the entire book. Just when you think that you've figured it out Sandra Brown throws you another curve ball. I love a book that keeps you on your toes. This is a must read and it will keep you wanting more.
